    Branding and Website Case Study

    Eos (Welsh for nightingale) are a broadcast royalties agency that serves the music industry in Wales.

    They are a not for profit company that first established in 2012. Eos collect and distribute royalties on behalf of their 400+ members – consisting of composers, writers and publishers mainly based in Wales.

    The Brief

    Eos approached Oaks Digital with a need to create a new, modern rebrand and new website. Their existing brand had become outdated having remained the same since they first launched in 2012. Their website was limited with Welsh and English copy appearing on the same web pages – creating unnecessary long scrolling for their users. Eos wanted their new website to offer a slicker user-experience, as well as the ability to provide potential members with the function to submit their membership application online. In doing so the new website will free up admin time for Eos and streamline the membership application process for members.

    The Solution

    Oaks Digital worked with Eos to deliver new visual brand plus a custom designed and built website. We delivered:

    – A new logo, colour palette, digital and print brand assets and a finalised brand guidelines pack
    – A website with a membership application area for prospects to be able to submit membership applications
    – Bilingual function for both English and Welsh languages
    – Blog section to keep users up to date
    – External links to Eos’ social media accounts
    – Google Analytics set up to allow Eos to track their website performance
    – Google Search Console set up to allow Eos to monitor their ongoing SEO performance
